Skyland Arts Foundation is building a central hub for arts and culture across the Skyland region.
What we mean by Skyland
Welcome to Skyland.
Skyland is our name for the string of small mountain towns along the ridge of the San Bernardino Mountains. One region, many communities, each with its own name and character.
From working artists to small businesses to seasonal residents, Skyland is made up of people who choose to be here.

What we believe
We believe that when we prioritize the arts, we elevate everything: education, well-being, connection and the identity of the region itself.
A destination
A place people come back to.
People come up the mountain for a weekend and end up staying for years. We see the arts as a way to deepen that connection, with more reasons to gather, explore and feel at home here, whether you live here full-time or visit when you can.

We protect the in-person experience. Phones stay away during films and shows, and some nights we'll cover cameras with stickers, so everyone can be present, private and free to express themselves.
